Khan World School Enrollment

Now Enrolling!

We’re enrolling full-time students grades 6–12 in Khan World School at ASU Prep for the Fall 2024 semester. 

Application Requirements

Students interested in applying for KWS must meeting the following requirements. Students who meet the minimum requirements may complete the KWS Application.

• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Proficient standardized test scores or higher
• High School: must be on track to graduate; at least 6 credits per HS year completed
• *12th grade students admitted only after careful review of transcripts and family meeting with KWS Guide

Recommended Requirements

• Honors/gifted level coursework recommended

New Families

• Step 1: Create an ASU Prep Digital enrollment account (user name, password, etc.)
• Step 2: Fill out the enrollment forms (parent info, student info, etc.)
• Step 3: Upload student documents (ID, immunization, transcripts, etc.)
• Step 4: Once we receive your application an advisor will reach out to collect your additional application materials.

KWS Application Checklist

• Current Transcript (must show courses in progress)
• Most recent standardized test scores for ELA and Math (may be from most previous school year)
  • If your student has not taken any standardized tests within the last school year, please follow these instructions to take the CAT test and upload results in the KWS Application.
• Reference Letter
  • Should be from someone who has insight into your academic and/or personal qualities including: Community contributions, perseverance, and/or work ethic.
• Student Introduction Video
  • 1-2 minute video that should include: How do you manage your time? What motivates you to learn? How do you learn best?

Returning Users

• Step 1: Login to your enrollment account. If you previously filled out any enrollment documents for any student in your family you may have an existing account and will not be allowed to create a new account using the same email address. Please use the Forgot Your Password link to recover your credentials.
• Step 2: Continue your enrollment where you left off, or begin a new application for a new student.
