Science of Reading: Supporting Struggling Readers
Becoming a proficient reader is vital to success in school and beyond. But what if one or many of our students are coming to us without the needed foundational skills to perform successfully with grade level content? In this series, participants will gain knowledge and strategies to help support struggling readers by becoming aware of how the brain learns to read and what instructional steps to take to build the reading brain but still exposing students to grade level content.
Audience: PK-5 educators and leaders
Certificate Hours: PD certificate for 6 hours upon completion of three day boot camp
