2020 - 2021 Concurrent Enrollment Contract

Congratulations on your decision to take an online college course through Arizona State University for the 2020-2021 school year. This is a great opportunity for you to receive high school and college credit for the same class, have an authentic college experience, and get ahead in your college career.

All students must sign the below acknowledgment form at least one week prior to the start of academic courses. Please review the below information carefully and reach out to your Learning Success Coach with any questions.

Where applicable, students are responsible for all incurred charges via their myASU account. This includes the purchase of books via the ASU Bookstore, Suncard, or parking passes. These payments must be reconciled in a timely fashion to avoid late fees. Students with past due ASU accounts will not be eligible for course registration until balances are paid in full.

Students with past-due accounts may be ineligible for participation at ASUPD sponsored events such as prom, graduation, etc.
