Dr. Damon Twist

Damon is approaching 30 years of service in K-12 education, including have been a Teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal. He came to this work through Teach For America in its earlier days, and worked there on staff as a Vice President as well. In his current role, he continuously thinks about the employee experience at ASU Prep and how to ensure every person feels successful and professionally satisfied in their role. Outside of spending time with his wife, Marie, and their three kids he can generally be found at the gym or in the Supporters Section at Phoenix Rising Football club.
