Gifted School Supply List
This year will be an amazing year filled with learning and growing. Here is a list of supplies we will need for a successful year. All of these items will be readily available at stores in your area that sells school supplies or on Amazon.com.
Kindergarten – 1st Grade
- 1 Primary Draw & Write journal notebooks
- 1 3-prong folders
2nd Grade – 5th Grade
- 1 Composition notebook
- 2 3-prong folders
Novel Studies
Throughout this year, we will be reading novels as a class. These books may be purchased or checked out from your local library. I will also provide recorded readings for every novel to meet my students’ needs!
- 1st: No purchases needed; all books will be read-alouds
- 2nd: The Chocolate Touch, Frindle
- 3rd: Magic Treehouse: Eve of the Emperor Penguin, The Wild Robot
- 4th: The Wild Robot Escapes, City of Ember
- 5th: City of Ember: The People of Sparks, The Quest Begins: Seekers #1
