There’s nothing like a school break—the deep belly excitement leading to the extra time off to rest, spend with friends and family, and not focus on school. The return, however, can sometimes be so triggering for some that it clouds the entire break. Even a three-day weekend poses difficult transitions for students, teachers, and parents alike. AZVTI is partnering with EVERFI to provide no-cost evidence-based digital resources to educate students on how to cultivate and maintain healthy relationships, covering key concepts around positive character development, social-emotional learning, compassion, mental health, and building a school community. Each course is Arizona standards-aligned. All educators will create a free teacher dashboard and explore EVERFI’s character education resources for elementary (1-5), middle school (6-8), and/or high school (9-12).

You will earn 1.5 hours of Professional Development credit for attending the session.
