Accessing your Student Portal

First-Time Login Instructions (screen by screen walk through)

Returning High School Students

• If you were an ASU Prep Digital student in Spring of 2020, you are considered a returning student. As you know, this year we have transitioned to a new Student Information System. This will change where you login to your Student Portal and access your courses, as well as your login credentials. Returning students will receive credentials the week of August 3. 
• Your portal login will use your new ASU Prep Digital email address, which will include your student ID number (example: stu123456@asuprep.org) as well as a password that will be provided to you. You will receive your password via email. Some of you may have already received yours, but if you have not please be patient with us as we transition all students into the new system. Your login credentials will be emailed directly to you before August 10 from the email address donotreply@c.asu.edu. PLEASE NOTE: This email may initially end up in a spam or junk mail folder, so be sure to check there as well. Please mark this email to your safe senders list. 
• Please note that once you receive your login credentials to the Student Portal, it may take up to 24 hours for them to activate. The link to the login page will be included in the email with your login credentials and will be added to the ASU Prep Digital homepage prior to the start of classes. In the new system you will launch courses by selecting the Canvas tile and you will be able to access your academic files, including your transcripts and schedule by selecting the Infinite Campus tile.

New Elementary School Students

• Your Student Portal login will use a new ASU Prep Digital email address, which we will create for your elementary student. It will include their student ID number (example: stu123456@asuprep.org). Their new email and password will be sent to the email address that was provided during registration once their enrollment is complete. Your student may have already received theirs, but if not, their login credentials will be emailed directly to them prior to your student’s start date from the address donotreply@c.asu.edu. PLEASE NOTE: This email may initially end up in a spam or junk mail folder, so be sure to check there as well. Please mark this email to your safe senders list.

New Middle and High School Students

• Your Student Portal login will use your new ASU Prep Digital email address, which will include your student ID number (example: stu123456@asuprep.org) as well as a password that will be provided to you. You will receive your email and password via email. Many of you may have already received yours, but if you have not please be patient with us as we transition all students into our system. Your login credentials will be emailed directly to you prior to your start date from the email address donotreply@c.asu.edu. PLEASE NOTE: This email may initially end up in a spam or junk mail folder, so be sure to check there as well.
