This semester, I intend to enhance my motivation. Previously, I encountered difficulties completing assignments and did not consistently invest sufficient effort in my work. I plan to implement strategies to better support myself and sustain consistent academic performance.
To stay motivated, I will prioritize my mental health and self-care. I want to avoid burnout and excessive stress, as I have experienced these in the past and found them detrimental. Once I have established this foundation, I plan to tackle the most challenging tasks first so the remaining work feels more manageable.
My advice to anyone who’s feeling unmotivated or wanting to give up right now is that struggling doesn’t always mean just complete and automatic failure; you’re simply processing your learning and improving from your mistakes as you go, and that you have your own path and struggles. That’s completely okay, as long as you commit to engaging in your work, you can overcome any obstacle, whether it’s personal, mental, or regarding academics.
