Okay, we all know (at least most of us) that Valentine’s Day chocolate is amazing! However, you do not have anyone to give you any of that chocolatey delight, nor do you haveanyone to give these sweeties to. Well, guess what! You don’t need anyone to enjoy sweets withbecause you can get some for yourself, or you can give it to someone who might need it with anote saying it is from a friend. After all, you are more amazing than those chocolates and shouldbe proud of yourself, even though you may be single! You know what? You deserve better! Thatis why I will give you some extra tips on feeling good about yourself on Valentine’s!
Tip number one: Remember that just because you don’t have a date doesn’t mean youdon’t look good. You can look perfectly great and have an amazing personality, and perhaps thereason why no one wants to date you is because you are such a great friend. After all, if you datesomeone, it might make things more awkward if you break up and ruin the amazing friendshipyou have.

Tip number two: If it is painful to watch people be on dates when you go outside, don’t gooutside! There is no shame in staying indoors like the rest of us. Your mental health comes firstbefore anything else! Play some video games, watch movies, read books, back snacks, or dosomething else to pass the time.

Tip number three: Know that you are saving so much money by not spending on an
overly commercialized holiday. Plus, you are also saving time by not having to wait in crowdedplaces for a Valentine’s Day reservation where prices also go up high. Also, if you want cheapcandy, this is perfect for you because you can spend your hard-earned money (or your parents) tobuy some discounted snacks! Remember, we all respect the grind.
Tip number four: If you are still feeling lonely on Valentine’s Day, you are not alone. There are many others alone on Valentine’s Day like you! Perhaps you just haven’t met the rightperson yet, and that is fine because it is better to go out with someone you love than lead anotheron.
Tip number five: When none of these tips work, embrace it with knowledge. Now, ifanyone rudely asks you where your Valentine’s date is, just reply with, “I am celebratingArizona’s birthday instead of some over-commercialized holiday where the only ones getting truelove are the corporations that are making bank off of people’s emotions.”
Well, I hope I have made you feel better! Stay safe, and do not feel distressed about nothaving a date. Take today as a day to love yourself. Anyway, I wish you a wonderful Arizona’sbirthday…
