The Best Companion for Valentine’s Day: Coffee Cake

By: Jiana Rush

Krusteaz coffee cake is the best dessert for any occasion, including Valentine’s Day. And, no, Iam not biased because I actually am not the biggest fan of this dessert myself. I have made thiscake for my family and friends during holidays, birthdays, and just for fun and the reviews havebeen nothing short of five stars.
Recently my grandparents hosted a Christmas party and I made, I kid you not, 10 boxes of thiscoffee cake. I dreaded it because about three years ago I went on a baking spree and found that Ihave a knack for it, which unfortunately led to me being the designated baker in my family. Astaggering amount of people came up to me at the party to talk about how delicious the coffeecake was. One person even said that I would make a great wife one day.
Now, of course, I appreciated all of the compliments, but all of my “hard work” is owed toKrusteaz. I have not come across a simpler baking recipe that comes in a box, which says a lot. Itdoes not take much work at all and the reward is heavenly.

If you are, like me, spending Valentine’s Day in the comfort of your pajamas and self-pity, thenthis recipe is for you. This dish is love itself, perfect in time for the holiday.Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake Recipe:Credit for recipe: Insanely Good RecipesIngredients 1 (21-ounce) box of Krusteaz cinnamon swirl crumb cake ⅔ cup of water 1 eggInstructions1.
